Meeting and Study Rooms

The following meeting rooms are available for public use. Meeting Room Application and Procedures. To reserve a meeting room, call 952-4508.

Large Meeting Room: Maximum capacity of 120 people
Features: Kitchenette, refrigerator, ceiling fans, projector screen, outside door, podium, flag

Small Meeting Room: Maximum capacity of 12 people
Features: Tables and chairs

Join the Friends of the West Melbourne Public Library! Membership forms and more information are available at the West Melbourne Public Library. Meetings are held at 11 am on the second Wednesday of the month at the West Melbourne Public Library.

The West Melbourne Public Library Advisory Board is appointed by the County Commissioners: four members by District III, three members by District 5. The Board meets at the Library at 7 pm on the last Thursday of every other month except for November, in Tech Processing.
