Meeting and Study Rooms

The following meeting rooms are available for public use. View our Meeting Room Application and Procedures. To reserve a meeting room, call the Secretary, 255-4304.

Meeting Room: Maximum capacity of 100 people

Study Rooms: Four study rooms, ranging in capacity from 2–4 people, are available but may not be reserved in advance.

Volunteer Opportunities

Join the Friends of the Eau Gallie Library! Membership forms available at library. Executive Board meets at the library at 1:30 pm on the second Wednesday of each month except July and August. Annual membership meeting is held in December. Contact the library for meeting information.

The Melbourne Library Board is appointed by the Melbourne City Council. The Board meets at 3:00 pm on the third Tuesday of each month except December. Meetings alternate among the Eau Gallie, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and Melbourne Libraries. Contact library for meeting information.
