RESIDENT CARD

A resident card is valid for a three-year period and may be renewed for subsequent three-year periods provided that the resident´s account is in good standing. To apply for a Resident Card, please provide any of the following as acceptable proof of residency:

• Florida driver's license OR vehicle registration with Brevard County address
• Property tax receipt, deed or mortgage
• Lease for a minimum of six (6) months
• Current city directory or telephone listing
• Valid Brevard County voter registration card
• Declaration of domicile & citizenship issued by Brevard County
• Florida Highway Patrol I.D. Card with Brevard County address
• Active duty military or dependent I.D. Card with serviceman's Social Security or service number & permanent home address or local installation address & unit
• Public Assistance eligibility card & copy of application, for address purposes only
